Halloween

Getting ready to go Trick-or-treat

Ashley would not wear her bonnet, but she would use it to collect candy in.

FHE

For Family Home Evening we baked ghost cookies and Dan carved the pumpkins that we grew.

Zack is telling Dad how to draw the face

When trying to take this picture, Ashley kept closing her eyes, so I told her to open up. . . she opened her mouth (but it helped get her eyes open)

Ashley loves to put on clothes. Here she got in the cradle herself.

Ashley's pointing to a bow that was temporarily in her hair. The kids have taken the front of the walker off and they like to sit in it.

Trick or Treat Train

We went on a Trick-or-treat train. The train ride was an hour long and when we got back the stores were open to hand out candy.

Ashley is wearing Zack's pirate earring. She likes it, Zack didn't.

Trip to Gatlinburg

We went to the Rainforest Adventure Zoo. We had a good time watching the animals. They were all quite lively. (we especially liked the goats)

We found a fun place with amusment type rides. Zack loved the rides. His favorite I think was the airplane. The go-carts were fun too. Ashley was just glad to be able to get out of her stroller.

We went to the Ripley's Aquarium and had a great time. Lots of stuff to see and do.

We did some hiking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There were two trails that we did that were mostly paved so we could push the stroller. The first hike we did was up to a waterfall. The second hike was to Clingman's Dome. The views were amazing. Dan was great pushing the stoller up the very steep hills. I got to do the downhills.

Girls weekend in PA

I went to Philadelphia with Erin, Kristen and mom to go to Time Out for Women, eat a cheesesteak, see some sites, and visit family.
